Dave was proud of the little set-up he’d put together, and I have to admit, it was pretty ingenious. He really had thought of everything. It did scare me that he was so into this hot dates thing that he was willing to spend thousands of dollars to make a special place for me to play. I’d meant what I told him back in the apartment—this cemented us into being in this lifestyle in a way he hadn’t been before and I wasn’t entirely sure I was there yet. But I put all that out of my mind because I did have a good time teasing him, and it left me on a high. It was exhilarating to watch myself on that big television. Seeing it like that—while I was doing it—made me feel hot and dirty in a way that watching videos at home with my husband didn’t.

We arrived at the restaurant in good spirits. It felt sexy as we walked into the little Mexican place and noticed a couple of the waiting men looking me over. The one got away with it without his wife noticing, but the other got a shot to the arm for his trouble. Coming from the apartment, I felt like I was sending out some signal that I was available, despite the fact I was there with my husband. It was not supposed to be a hot date night, but it didn’t feel that way—especially when I caught Dave scanning the place, looking for men who could be potential lovers for me. I know that look he gets.

There was a fifteen minute wait for a table and we spent it at the bar. I had a margarita, Dave had a Dos Equis. The bartender was a busty Latina with her glossy black hair pulled back into a long ponytail and I was proud that my husband only had eyes for me. There were a handful of other couples in the bar area, and a group of guys who were sitting in the corner and looking up at the college football game on the television hung in the corner. Dave’s gaze kept going back to them and I knew exactly what he was thinking.

“Are we on a date, or a date tonight?” I asked.

“What do you mean?” I could tell Dave knew exactly what I meant.

“I mean, are you out for a nice night with your wife, or are you looking to pimp me out tonight?”

Dave smiled and was about to answer when he was saved by our name being called. He quickly settled the tab and led me into the dining room. He held out my chair, like a proper gentleman, while I sat and then busied himself with the menu. Since he stopped scouting out prospective candidates for my bed, I let it drop.

As soon as our waiter came, I knew the game was back on. He was a tall, handsome young guy named Travis. His thick, black hair brushed his collar and although he was dark complected, he looked more Italian than Mexican.
